Please understand that while we take every effort to minimize delays, factors beyond our control (i.e., Natural calamities, Peak Seasons, Covid restrictions, Delay from Shipping Partner’s side) may affect delivery times. Here are some frequently asked questions on shipping and payment that you might find helpful.
What is the payment method accepted?
We at Stationery Spot accept all major Credit & Debit cards, Gpay, Phonepe, Net Banking (All payments are safe and secured by encryption, and your card details will not be stored). All prices mentioned are in INR (Indian Rupees). Please note that your bank may convert your purchase currency if you do not live in India.
Cash On Delivery – All Cash On Delivery orders are first confirmed on call and then dispatched within 2 working days. No orders will be shipped until it is confirmed on the call.
What are the Shipping Charges?
Standard Shipping –
- Shipping Charges: For orders below the free shipping threshold, a shipping fee will be calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. The shipping fee is displayed before you complete your purchase, so you can see the cost upfront.
Cash On Delivery(COD) –
- An additional ₹50 will be applied for Cash on Delivery orders.
- Cash On Delivery(COD) Available On Order Above Rs 250.
- Free Delivery on orders above 2000
- Please note that free shipping is not applicable on bulk orders. A delivery charge of ₹180 will be applied for bulk purchases.
How much time does it take for delivery?
It depends on where you are. Your order will be shipped within 1-2 working days after placing the order. Delivery details and tracking link will be provided on your email & registered mobile number. The order will be shipped within the stipulated timelines; however, the delivery depends on our courier partners and can take anywhere between 3 – 7 business days. How to cancel the order?
If the order or item(s) you want to cancel is not shipped yet, you can write to our customer support team at stationeryspotindia@gmail.comor call us on +91 9902237686. Once the order has been dispatched, you cannot cancel it. In case of a prepaid order, the amount will be refunded to you within 2-8 business days after we duly process the cancellation request.
7. Shipping Restrictions
P.O. Boxes: We do not currently deliver to P.O. Boxes.
International Shipping: Currently, we only offer domestic shipping within India. We do not ship internationally.
